Planning and booking
How far in advance should we book?
Ideally 3 to 6 months for a large event. That said, we regularly take on projects on shorter notice.
Can you take on a last-minute event?
Yes, subject to availability. We often pull off small miracles: we once came to the rescue of a client who needed entertainment with only a few hours' notice.
How does your booking process work?
It is simple. You contact us, we discuss your event, we prepare a proposal, and you confirm with a deposit. The balance is payable before the event.
Services and entertainment
What kinds of entertainment do you offer?
Masters of ceremonies, DJs, musicians, themed characters, interactive games, Silent Disco, Extreme Music Bingo and custom concepts built around your theme. Tell us the mood you are after and we will build the rest.
Are your hosts bilingual?
Yes. We can host your event in French, in English, or in both languages, depending on your audience.
Can you adapt the entertainment to our theme?
Absolutely, and it is something of a specialty: costumes, music, games and decor all align with your theme for an evening that holds together from start to finish.
Team building
How many participants are your activities designed for?
Our activities scale from small groups to large teams of several hundred people, divided into squads to keep everyone involved.
Do your activities take place indoors or outdoors?
Both. We have concepts for meeting rooms, convention halls and large outdoor spaces, in every season.
How long does a team building activity last?
From one hour to a full day, depending on your objectives and your schedule. We build the format around your agenda.
Photobooth
Which photobooths do you offer?
Our TuFlash division offers 14 distinctive photobooths: interactive mirrors with printing, digital kiosks and 360 experiences. Full details and pricing are on tuflash.net.
How far ahead should a photobooth be booked?
Between 2 weeks and 3 months depending on the season. Holiday party weekends and wedding season fill up very quickly.
How much space does a photobooth require?
Roughly 10 feet by 10 feet, with a standard electrical outlet nearby. Our team handles setup and operation.
